Abstract:
This theoretical framework explores natural overbite correction through functional modifications that influence incisor eruption and mandibular morphology. Leveraging insights into the biological processes governing tooth eruption, this framework suggests that utilizing the tooth eruption mechanism to our advantage can lead to significant occlusal improvements. Additionally, these functional changes may trigger adaptive morphological responses in the mandible.
